I've worked with Turbo, a terrific band based out of Halifax, since 2020 on multiple albums and merch bits. Their new album, LISTEN, SHUT UP!, is a chaotic and super energetic face-melting good time. I had the absolute pleasure of working on the album art for it.

For this one we tried quite a few concepts before we settled on the same vibe as displayed in the TURBO coloring book (yes there's a coloring book), putting the band upfront in a wild situation. I drew a lot of influence from Jamie Hewlett's Tank Girl art for this one, including the checker-patterned rocket as a callback.
